Last week, Sascha Raithel, Setareh Heidari, and Jan von Schlieben-Troschke kicked off the first session of their bachelor seminar "Effective Communication Strategies for Product Recalls" at the Freie Universität Berlin.

As part of the kick-off session, guest speakers Cameron Crowley and Kalia Tsiοurtοu from Joom, shared their expertise and practical insights into the challenges and best practices of product recall communication and product safety in general. Cameron provided valuable perspectives on the effective management of product recalls, while Kalia presented important insights into the legal landscape of product safety in Europe. Their contributions sparked meaningful discussions and enriched the learning experience for our Bachelor students.
