This prestigious recognition is presented by the European Commission to honour outstanding contributions to product safety and consumer protection.

The award highlights their influential work in establishing a comprehensive framework for the effective recall of unsafe products – an area of critical importance in today’s global marketplace.

The accolade celebrates their book Product Recall Management: Preparation, Execution and Recovery. Their collaborative effort delivers both rigorous research and practical insights into managing product recalls with impact and integrity, bringing academic excellence into real-world practice.
